Terms and conditions:
1. Once items SOLD, it will not be exchangeable, returnable or refundable.
2. Payment must be received within 3 working days from the day you submit the order. Otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.
3. Item color might vary salightly, since each computer monitor shows the color a bit differently.
4. Please ensure payment with MSN or email after payment. Otherwise, merchants will not be sending out on time.
5. Upon receiving of the payment, item will be post within 1 or 2 working days.
6. Buyer will need to bear the shipping cost.
7. Payment will return to buyer if out of stock.
8. All items will be packed well before being sent and tracking number will be provided once item is sent.
9. Seller will not be held responsible for any damage or items lost in post.
10. Please check carefully with the measurement list whether it is fixed. If buyer could not fix, it CANNOT be a reason for return.
11. We do not accept subjective reasons for return / exchange such as not good looking, not up to my expectation, size cannot be fitted, changing mind, etc.
12. We check all our products for quality and defects before sending them out. All items are in perfect condition as we deliver them out.
13. Once receive the parcel,
please double check carefully whether everything are in good condition
before acknowledge the receipt. If the items are not in good condition,
please inform us on the day itself. We are not going to entertain any
late request/response.
14. Delivery service only on Monday to Friday. Payment make before 2pm, item will be deliver on the day itself. No service on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
15. We do not accept any request the parcel, change items or changing of receiver address after 2pm. (Please inform us in advance)
16. We do not going to entertain payment delay request. (Maximum 72hrs)
Returns & Replacements1.) We will accept returns on merchandise that are damaged or defective.
2.) We will only accept returns on new un-touched non-altered merchandise.
3.) All returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier.
4.) All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition.
5.) Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price.
6.) Refunds or exchanges will be only be authorised for goods returned in their original condition and packaging.
7.) No refunds or exchanges will be given for goods that have been worn, damaged or soiled.
